[V8] Girling pads?

After getting the little brake symbol on the dash I checked out the pads,
and it's definately time for a swap. This is for the girling setup not the
UFOs. Any recomendations on pads for these? I'm seeing quite a large
variation in price online, anywhere from $59.95 from Blauparts.com for
frictiontech OE, to $126 for textar(?) on discountgermanparts.com. She does
get driven agressively and life isn't a big concern of mine, so what
performance pads have you all had good experience with?
Also I think I'm going to take the rotors in to be turned, they look a
little uneven. I'd rather not spend the money on replacement rotors as my
long term goal is a brake upgrade. With that in mind I keep seeing that the
Girling setup is slightly underpowered for the v8's weight, for those of you
running the porsche or other upgraded setups, what's the cost involved in
this? Is it a straight bolt-on, or is a mount kit needed to do this?
Lastly I took her out for a drive up Mount Rainier with a bunch of vw's off
of vwvortex the other weekend, was the first time I got to really push the
car and see what it can do. I had a blast, it was sure fun to see the look
on their face when the big comfy sedan kept up with the little gti's. And
when stopped I constantly had people walk over and drool. Pics here:
