On HBO there is a fantastic show hosted by "Ali G", a british comic who proposes hysterically funny ideas to unsuspecting media or uninformed public figures. 
Like:  Asking Sam Donaldson to talk in Rap rhymes.  (he did)
The Holley Double Pumper idea is the Chat group version of the Ali G show. 
Somewhere in cyberspace another chat group is reading our words and seeing how we react.
