Why don't you try fixing things instead. There is no manual window setup, as 99 percent of all the V8's 200's and 5000's had power. Your just going to destroy the car further by hacking it up more. You will never get acceptable performance from your carb hack job. I'm surprised it even worked. If you do want to go via a carb setup remove the intake and build you something that will work.
