[V8] hot start problem which sensor

I've done this job as well. I didn't find taking the sensors out to be too bad. But sort of struggled with getting my hands into position to release the clips on the plug ends.
If you run a query for "engine speed sensor" on the Audiworld forum, and choose post #18, there's a really good pic of where they're located. You'll see that they're so close to the exhaust manifold that there's no wonder why they become heat soaked and fail. HTH
