[V8] New Expansion Tank

[quattro + 5 or 8 = fun]

I was the $25 guy.  When I think about it, it was more like 7 years ago.
But, I know it was $25.  And, I think I may have been lucky as I found the
receipt and purchased it from a little ma' and pop auto store that bought
out a dealership who went under in SLC.  Sorry to get hopes up.
