[V8] Musing over the ABH Engines

Have considered an ABH swap for a while and was wondering:

1.  Do the ABH (4.2) engines suffer the same oil consumption issues as the 
PT (3.6) engine?

2.  Can the heads and intake on the PT be used on the ABH engine?

My thinking is that I would look for an ABH engine with a solid low end and 
swap on my PT head and intake, since they are still pretty fresh.

Any viewpoint on these issues?
