No, it's not a good price.  I got my flywheels for $400 from Europe.   You 
could probably do cheaper than that if you're resourceful.   I needed mine 
fast.

PT flywheels are no longer available stateside, even at the dealer.   I 
think there is only 1 PT pressure plate left over here, and Audi wants big 
$$ for it.
