I agree with all of the replies - just to let you know -
   - You can do the timing belt by yourself with all parts and no 
     tools for under $400.00
   - My Tranny has 178K on it - took it apart at 125K because of a leak -
     looked like new inside with the exception of a pin that had started
     to come out of the center diff planetary.  The thing shifts like a 
     champ everyday - use synthetic ATF - run it hard.
