[V8] Driver's side seatback

The driver's side seatback on my 1990 V8Q doesn't quite reach the same vertical incline as the passenger's side..........maybe 5-10 degrees less................doesn't bother my driving and I find the position of the seat comfortable.  My girlfriend, however, prefers to sit more erect in the seat and complained that she could not find a comfortable position in the driver's seat.

Anyone have this problem?...........Is there a quick fix?...........the electric seats appear to be working normally............it's just that the range of vertical incline is slightly reduced.........
