[V8] Windshield replacement, K&N Filter...

Well the severely pitted window luckily has a large crack and needs replacing.  In looking at the manual, the window replacement procedure looks rather complicated.  Since I've had a few bad installs with some of the "chain" window companies, was wondering about other people's experience with new windshields.  I also have a phone cradle/antenna for my nokia phone and was wondering if anyone knew if I could attach the antenna to the stereo, and not get the window with the antenna in it.  I also need to replace the air filter, and was wondering about opinions about the k&n filter.  Sincerely Tom La Plante
