[V8] Plugging tires

Plugging is so easy--I'm surprised that any one has to pay for it.  I've
carried and used plug kits in all my cars for years (including in UK were
supposedly they are illegal).  Gotta say I have never had a problem.  Plugged
everything from my Fiat 124's 165-70 13's to my wife's Z-rated 225-40 17's on
her TT.  In cases of nails or screws, I don't even remove the wheel from the
car, let alone dismount the tire. I have tires with over 40000 miles on them
AFTER the plug.  No rebalancing/remounting required.  YMMV...
