I wouldn't worry, I still have the same alternator in U8Q as I did 6
years ago...

All I needed to do in dry dock was blow out the TPS with some air to get
everything back to normal.

Lesser Audi's don't fare as well as your trusty steed though, the air
intake is much lower than the V8Q's on most other type 44's.
