Thanks to Jeremy, here's web access to the Excel file I tried to post earlier.  As before, it's short and incomplete, and includes only those who indicated a mild interest.  Anyone who'd like to access this file and contribute whatever info they're comfy with can do so, and then forward to me directly -- I'll compile all entries so all will have access to the list.

Please recall that if there's any real interest, something more formal may work itself out via Audifans/etc.  Suggestions and criticisms are welcome.  Please keep as constructive as possible...
