[V8] Power Steering Fluid - The all purpose driveway cleaner

Mine was leaking from the hose fittings where they attach to the rack, at
full lock, additional pressure is built up in the system and the fluid
really flows out of the leaks.  Check the pump area as well, mine is leaking
here now.  Of course, the reservoir is always a source of leaks, however
these are usually slower leakers.  Remove hoses from fittings, careful their
brittle, cut off a small length of hose and reattach with some hose clamps.
My rack is about 6 months old and the boot is already torn. ;-(
