[V8] V8 5spd conversion... it can be done LONG

Guys,

You MAY recall that is was Keith who posted the first 4.2 conversion info
(albeit with stock V8 5-speed) and some of the minor adjustments and tweaks
needed.  I think he also knows he's not likely to be doing too many
conversions from Kalifohneah either.  I see no need to post specifics as to
"how to" guide.  As I understand it, it's not a job for the faint of heart,
but is not exceedingly difficult either.

Of course, a good source of parts for doing so may well be
Audiconnection.com and I'm sure Keith or Bruce would be happy to help you
with that and maybe some advice even ;-)
