[V8] 5 spd conversion: how many v8 5spds?

[quattro + 5 or 8 = fun]

I know the 1991 5 speed cars are numbered somewhere in the 50s.  I saw a
publication done by audi about 7 years ago that listed all the production
numbers for every car down to every major option.  I have looked EVERYWHERE
for the publication.  No luck.  I should have bought it when I had the
chance.  I found it at a used book store in Idaho of all places.
