[V8] Bleeding the power steering system

That's very cheap! Did they include the small "damper tube" in their 
rebuilt hose (or does the V8 not have that feature in the rack HP 
hose)? If that tube is omitted in a rebuilt hose for the '91 200q 
there's then a bit of extra noise from the power steering.
