[V8] Tire/rim size and Speedometer calibration

Your PO may be correct that the car came with the 205 tires.  The owner
manual for my 200q20v (which generally had the same brakes and tires as the
V8) had the 215 size in the original printing and an inserted extra page
with the 205 size.  The 205/65 winter tire configuration is recommended by
most of the winter tire specialists to give a slightly taller sidewall and
more narrow footprint for better traction and negotiation of slush/deep
snow.  I run the "tippy-toes" 205/65 winter tire and a 215/60 summer tire.
