[V8] Components for a 5 Speed conversion

I don't think that the engine was included in those prices - thats why I
thought it was steep.  If it was then 1200 is more than fair - in fact it
is robbery but - I still wouldn't pay 1600 dollars for a transmission I
could get for 800.
