... just for the halibut I ran something called SeaFoam through #344 a while
back ... I let the engine suck in the liquid via the line from the vapor
recovery tank. You are supposed to draw it into the engine until the engine
stalls ... perhaps I couldn't get enough flow ... in any event I had to
strangle the engine to get it to die. You then let the engine sit for a
while and then fire it back up. The engine put up the most impressive smoke
screen I've ever seen for a while after restarting ... but since that point
I've been pretty free of the occasional bursts from before ... in fact I'm
pretty sure I'll be able to pass smog now ...
I guess if you need an excuse for the ABH you can use that, but you might
want to investigate that GM "Top End" cleaner or the SeaFoam stuff ...
