[V8] Scam not limited to cars

Hello to all,
 
Here is an email I received today. The car purchase scam is now also in the Marketplace parts since this wasfrom an ad about my BBS wheels. It may be that the letter is generated from a search engine and it was picking up the RX 7 and 8 from my ad. Any ideas on how to stop these guys?

shipping agent who is coming for the pick up. if this mode of payment is 
accept by you i will like you to send your Full name and address 
including your cell phone number in which you will receive a certified check
