"Highly modified" is an understatement.  :-)  Them babies are DTM V8 Quattro racers.  Scott has some great pics available on his website:

I know of one that is for sale in Australia...  I can dig up the link if anyone is interested in having Keith stuff a bi-turbo V8 in their car ;-)
