If you heat the part it helps, depends on which color Locktite you used,
I know the red stuff needs to be heated to 250 degrees before you even
have a chance of breaking the bond.  I had this happen on a pistol which
the previous owner had doused with red Loctite, put it in the oven at 250
for a while, but it still took some effort and a few stripped screw heads
to get it apart.
