[V8] V8] V8 Distributor Cap

The 944 cap is very different, at least the S model is.  The 924 cap looks 
closer but dimensionally is off, not to mention the terminals are different.

I've decided to mount the cap upside down and add some personality to the 
tie rod with the metric heat wrench.  It's just easier in the end that way.
