[V8] Gas test?

Strain through cloth as someone has already mentioned.  Then you can add
a gallon to the tank the next 4 times you fill it up.  Won't do any harm.
 If you're running another car that's not as finicky on fuel as the V8Q,
you can add all 4 gallons at once (if you have at least 10 gals. in the
tank.)  I got rid of 10+ gallons of "gas" (varnish seems a more
appropriate term) from my '66 Mustang, which had been sitting for 5+
years, 4 gals. at a time through the '84 5KS.  Didn't make a bit of
difference in performance, since the 5KS doesn't really have any to begin
with. ;-)
