[V8] 4.2 Oil in Coolant

I know for a fact that the three years in which we've
had this car, water wetter was not used.  If I recall,
phosphate coolant was found in the engine when we
bought the car, we switched over to phosphate free
when we flushed the system.  This was before I knew
that could do damage.  Interestingly enough, the
magnesium heads seem to be unaffected by this
corrosive source.  Still trying to decide what to do.
