[V8] Low idle

My 90 has always idled at 600-700 rpm smoothly.  You may not have any
issues.

Mine used to idle at 800 very smoothly.  It did the rough idle before I
replaced the O2 sensor and after.  I wonder, though, cause it used to idle
high and low, depending on what it wanted to do, but now it just idles low.
