Couldn't you just drive to a large parking lot and slowly drive around in
circles? Just be careful you don't get a DUI in the process :-)

Or even easier, if you have a slick garage floor, I don't see why you could not
just turn lock to lock with the wheels on the ground. If the floor is slick the
tires should live through it OK.
