[V8] interior light question

I have seen a few with the 'dual' rear fender antennas...  Mine just has
the cell phone on the passenger side.  I wonder if this was a factory
option, or the dealership just installed it for those who complained
about the cruddy AM (and FM) reception...  

I wonder... does yours have antennas in both windshields?

My 1990 also has an exterior antenna, opposite the phone antenna.
