[V8] left distributor isn't lining up

As I recall, the distributor rotor/marks should line up when the TDC marker is
lined up. Having just been in there, you can tear the front covers off pretty
quickly and fix the thing right. I would favor that over wasting time trying to
fix it without the proper tool and setup.
As Dave H pointed out, if the right cam and TDC are correct, you may be able to
just loosen the left cam sprocket and adjust it, but again I say just go back in
and do it right.
