[V8] Suspension questions

Paul,

Don't fret over not receiving the wrench.  I've found it to be more or less
useless.  My preference is to use either a Sears chain-wrench or (what I
have) a Vise Grip chain wrench.  You can thread this through the springs and
get enough grip so that you can torque down the cap.  Just get it really
tight and don't fret over specific torque.  You can always check later to
see if it's loosened up -- it's not like it's going to fall apart.
