So you're talking about the hose to the rack line, eh? By the sound of it,
it's the lower line. You have to undo the nut at the brake master cylinder,
then the 10mm hold-down nut for the clamp on the frame rail (I removed the
header heatshield for better access). Then remove the 17mm banjo bolt (or
was it 19mm?). Anyhow, just had that one rebuilt for $67 by my local PIRTEK
hydraulic hose repair place in a matter of hours. Had the upper one rebuilt
by them before that. Now the suction hose is leaking :-( so will have them
do that one soon as well. Sure beats the almost $700 I would have spent on
new OEM hoses. Total OOP so far $170.00...
