The throttle works like this. There is a cable running from the pedal to the back of the engine. You need to remove the cover and air filter. Then remove the air filter housing - 2 10mm nuts. You can see where the cable attaches to a rod. The rod runs under the intake manifold to the front of the engine, where the throttle body is located. Maybe you can just free the throttle at the back with the rod. If not, you need to take the front apart. Take off the 4 bolts that hold the upper part of the front manifold (the part that the ISV bolts to) out, and the top should come off. Then, you can see the throttle plates. They bolt to the manifold somehow obvious, I just can't remember right now. Then you just have to figure out what is holding it open.
