[V8] WOT V8 issue

WOT means stuck throttle:  Suspect No. 1 (for me) would be broken/jammed
cruise control rod.  Follow instructions as mentioned earlier:  remove
airbox cover, remove filter, remove lower cover (held on by two 10mm
nuts/washers.  Don't remember, but may have to remove plate held on by two
torx? head screws.  HTH
