[V8] V8 1990 thermostat

The V8Q takes a while, quite a while sometimes, to come up to operating
temperature.  After warm up, if the coolant temperature stays within
working range,  there is nothing wrong with the thermostat.  If the
engine runs cool all the time, then you might have a stuck thermostat, if
this is the case send an e-mail and I'll forward you the procedure for
replacing.
