I cut off the wires and used a regular deep socket mit
Looooooooonnnnggggggg breaker bar/pipe combo. Sensor was leaving threads
behind as it came out, so it was a difficult pull the whole way. Then I
had to run a thread chaser (same size as a sparkplug thread) in and out
several times to get the new one to go in smoothly. If your flare nut
wrench has totally rounded all the corners, you may need one of those
special sockets for removing bolts where the head has rusted to undersize
or rounded off completely. I've not seen a deep version of one of those,
so you'd probably have to cut off some of the sensor.
