[V8] Re:WP Pulley size

Allan,

I'm usually pretty agreeable.  But physics tells me that since the belt
speed does not change in relation to any given WP pulley, a larger pulley
will necessarily spin slower than a smaller one.  The impeller assembly
/vanes may be designed more efficiently, however.

Don't believe me?  Try this:  Two identical bicycles are traveling at the
same speed with the same gearing, but one bicycle has smaller wheels/tires
than the other.  In order for that bicycle to travel the same speed as the
one with larger wheels/tires, the rider has to peddle proportionally faster
in order to keep up with the other one.  Same principle.
