[V8] servotronic connection on 90 V8?

My 90 has this connection as well.

1990 models didn't have Servotronic.  Perhaps the wiring harness was set up
for it beforehand, I don't know.  I pulled up the wiring diagram ...
it indicates that the wires to N119 (Servotronic Solenoid Valve) are Green
and Grey/White ... so, it looks like the answer is yes, that connector is
intended to attach to the control valve on the rack ...
