This episode is "Mr. Monk and the Game Show", it was just on and will
repeat on USA Network on  October 17 @ 12:00PM & October 19 @ 12:00AM. 
Did a double take and recalled Steve's post when I saw the Pearl paint
and head lamp wipers in the opening shots.
