[V8] PT V8 IA Chip

The 4.2 IA chip is good for about 15-20 horsies. That comes with a 
premium fuel requirement and an intown mpg hit - about 2-3. You could 
feel the difference, and manages to alter the shift points to the TCU. 
It also runs much smoother. I would imagine the 3.6 version is no 
different - Keith has done a bunch of these. He would be the one to ask.
