[V8] TB Procedure

Hi all -
 
Does anyone have a written procedure for the Timing Belt Change?  I have the manual but perfer to follow a tried and true method. I have searched the knowledgebase for an expert wrenching step-by-step procedure, but did not find one.  Anyone that has a good write-up should post it to the KB and send me a copy too.
