[V8] headlight wiring harness

Ok guys, I now have my euros and a wiring harness, and I need some help.  The harness is for 9005/9006 connections, and the euros are obviously h3/h4.  Also, the euros are wired with a built-in connector block.  Does anybody know what type of connector this is, and how I get from 9005/6 to the connections for this block, and also how to connect the turn signal connections to this block as well?
