[V8] PT V8 IA Chip

For what it's worth I dyno'ed my 90v8q last weekend (3.6l with custom 
intake, free-flowin exzorst, and a 034efi IIc ECU). On a 4 wheel dyno 
the car was putting down 214hp and 226ft/lbs of tq. Depending on who you 
ask regarding driveline loses thats roughly 270-280hp at the crank.

I had dorked with my fuel and pulled timing back 2 degrees before the 
dyno runs to play on the safe side, and had a slight lean, then rich 
situation (that'll learn me to mess with things that run proper already 
;). I smoothed the fuel maps out and added the timing back in after the 
runs, so figure maybe another 5-10hp on those numbers. So there is 
certainly room for more aggressive mappings on these engines, especially 
with the intake and exhaust uncorked.

Again, this isn't really all that relative regarding the IA chips, just 
that someone wanted some dyno numbers, so here some are :-P
