Someone posted about a CHF oil from Sunoco being available in Europe, so I contacted the USA branch of Sunoco about availability left of the Atlantic, and today I got a response from Alex D. Recchuite representing Sunoco USA, who said the company no longer produces any hydraulic oils in the US and the European product line is not available here.
