[V8] Euro Headlights

I installed H-4 Eurolights on my 200q20v, which already had the Comp.Ltd.
harness for Dot lights.  What I did was use the type of bulb in the Dots
with the glass Dremeled off to provide contacts that I wired to the H-4
pigtails.  That way the lights still just unplug from the harness.
