[V8] V8 cutting out at about 1800 rpm Hall sensor

Again this goes back to my original response -- my TB install was off a cam tooth and I was getting a hall code. And the damn thing would cut out at some low rpm...
Hey, a TB would be heaps better than a flywheel.
