[V8] Euro Headlights - again

You may have overtraveled them, or they could be frozen. Unfortunately 
they have to be completely removed to be checked and refurbished. After 
removal, take the lens off (pop off clips). Removed the surround by 
locating the clips by peeking in the back side - push them forward with 
a flat bladed screwdriver. Work slowly and carefully. After that, you'll 
see how to do the rest.
Don't clean the surround with anything other than a damp rag and don't 
rub it! Especially if the luster/shine is off...
