[V8] Idle Stabilization Valve

Some time ago someone posted that there is a new design available which
offered better control ... found it in my archives ...

I found the link referenced in it is still active, it shows the
difference between the two.  When the note was first posted I have to
admit I thought it was BS, but upon hearing more it sounds like it might
actually help ... still a bit of an expensive experiment though.  If you
want to find out more you can poke about in the Feb/Mar 2003 V8 list
archives ...
