[V8] Dealer Codes

[R Broberg]

I talked with IAC in Milwaukee. They say the history of campaigns and
warranty work can be found in the national database, but routine maintenance
is a local thing.  I got these codes from the dealer as sites where
significant service was performed.  I am looking for general history on a
potential Audi purchase.
