[V8] Fault code 2341

 Classic O2 sensor failure.

 Let the car do your testing. Unplug the O2 sensor signal lead....black 
wire/singal spade connection under the left dizzy. If the problems disappear you've 
found your culprit. It's not likely to be the FPR with your symptoms anyway 
unless you have a pretty major vacumn leak...in which case you'd have several 
more codes.

 V8's are very sensitive to O2 issues. Due to the simplistic operation of the 
V8's computer control the O2 sensor has a dramatic effect on fueling, much 
higher than any other car I've ever seen.

 www.alldatadiy.com has a good online manual for left hand steer V8's, most 
of the info would be applicable. 24.95 USD for the first years subscription,
